I’ve had the great fortune of growing up in a family of builders. It was no wonder that I would continue building on the family tradition and that development would become my passion. In the past decade, the city that I love has grown increasingly overcrowded. In fact, home-ownership has become nearly impossible for many people. The Estelle is my answer to this problem. I built this property with the intention to create an oasis of affordable luxury. The central location offers Beverly Hills style living without the inflated price tag.

With the help of our elite architecture and design team, we’ve created the ultimate urban-dwelling destination in Los Angeles. The Estelle is truly the culmination of my 40 years of real estate and development experience.
Influenced by the 1920’s California-Spanish revival architecture, the facade detailing of the Estelle’s exterior creates a dynamic skyline while providing large patios on upper levels. Red tile roofs, heavy beam trellises, accent wrought iron, and white stucco exterior offer a timeless aesthetic befitting of this Wilshire Vista neighborhood.
In developing the landscape for The Estelle, I was inspired by the rich architectural heritage of Southern California and the upscale vernacular of the LA urban-living environment. The final result fuses a colorful, drought-tolerant planting palette with a nod to the Mediterranean tradition of Los Angeles.
My design story for the Estelle is told through a curated blend of Mission Revival and Contemporary Luxe. The architecture and interiors echo the warmth of a stately revival home, with a contemporary edge.
